The famous Lloyd Loom weave is a combination of steel and paper, its origins go back to the United States at the beginning of the 20th Century. Lloyd Loom is extremely strong, and at the same time very pleasant to touch. Furthermore, Lloyd Loom-weave is low-maintenance: wiping it down with a cloth will do the trick.
Vincent Sheppard has taken this unique material to the next level and created an outdoor collection with it. The incredibly strong and flexible material is coated with latex to enable the furniture to be used outdoors. No need to put your favourite outdoor chairs inside after enjoying a nice summer day. Still, it is preferable to store them indoors during cold and rainy weather conditions.
