Alyans

Alyans is a collection of desktop organizers for the workspace, delivering the natural beauty and tactility of leather. Designed by Merve Parnas, Alyans draws inspiration from the typical wedding ring and creates a harmonious togetherness. Alyans is a lyrical expression of the relationship and harmony between the skin and the metal. A single piece of vegetable-tanned leather is hand-stitched and connected with brass parts both at the top and the bottom, constructing the cylindrical shape. Hand-stitching preserves the leather's shape around the metal ring. Hand-spun, brushed brass parts have a matte finish and pair elegantly with leather in shades of black and tan brown. The short version of Alyans is a low container that can be used for storing small stationery like paper clips, erasers and small notes. The tall version of Alyans is a container for storing pens and pencils as well other items like scissors or brushes. Available in brown and black colors.
