Wind screen

Wind Screen is an innovative solar protection system, specially designed for outdoor installation, thus becoming the perfect solution when it comes to regulating the entry of light and the privacy of rooms. Its motorized drive facilitates handling, allowing a vertical displacement of the fabric and the creation of different environments, depending on the lighting and thermal conditions of the moment in each space. Runner guided Thanks to its runner guide system the material will not come out of the profile, offering an optimum wind resistance. That way it´s not necessary to roll up the Wind Screen fabric in case of strong wind situation. The runner is welded to the material, which means that the material and the terminal remain stable within the lateral guides, ensuring functionality of the blind in the most extreme conditions. Furthermore, the runner prevents from light entrance by the side gaps, thanks to the absence of them. That way, the runner prevents also against bugs entrance. Square box and curved box Dante, with its square drawer, elegant and modern, is an ideal system for installation in building gaps or in Saxun bioclimatic pergolas. Grazia, with its curved drawer, allows installation in spaces with more organic designs. Brush sealed The box of these Wind Screens incorporates a brush in the rear profile of the box that prevents the material from rubbing against the guide during go up or go down movement. Like this it ensures a longer lifetime of the material. Hide welding The terminal of these systems is served in color coordinated with box and guides. An extruded aluminum profile that provides additional tension to the fabric, and that guarantees the movement of the fabric in all kinds of circumstances. The fabric is inserted into an inner housing of the terminal that allows the welding of the tissue to be hidden in it, favoring its aesthetics. Rubber seal In order to compensate for the screen resting on potentially uneven surfaces, the Wind Screen bottom weight integrates a rubber seal of 15 mm in height. This also prevents entry of water. Lower cap The window in the lower cover of the guide allows rain water or dew to flow through, which prevents it from accumulating in the base and creating moisture. Coextruded guided profile The runner guide profile is manufactured through a process of coextrusion, where the PVC and rubber are formed at the same time. This bond between both components minimises the noise created by potential vibrations caused by wind.
