Venere is a diffused-light wallor ceiling-mounted lamp. The highly illuminating LED light source is dimmerable. The main body of the lamp, consisting of two overlapping elements joined by a hinge, is an aluminum casting while the diffuser is made of injection-molded opaline polycarbonate. This slim and elegant lamp is perfectly integrated in the wall or ceiling surface, but can open out to 96° and rotate in all directions when the light needs to be beamed towards a specific target. Its circular shape and its movement are reminiscent of a human eye looking around or of the ‘strabismus of Venus’, a fascinating element of legendary beauty.
