Rigycló pocket

Rigyclò is an innovative fireproof mattress designed to combine the comfort of a healthy rest with the safeguard of the environment and the Earth. More than 80% of its materials are recycled and recyclable so it’s the result of a conscious productive process that tries to reduce the environmental impact promoting a virtuous and circular economy. Resistance, comfort and respect for the environment can finally coexist. The structure of the model “Rigyclò Pocket” is based on pocket springs. These springs are not connected to each other and the movement caused by the weight of the body doesn’t spread to the other parts of the mattress. This is the reason why some couples prefer pocket springs for their double mattress: the movements of one affect those of the other one slightly. As the springs are independent they undergo a higher pressure: for this reason, comparing a Bonnell springs mattress to a pocket springs one with the same dimensions, the number of pocket springs has to be twice the amount.. The memory foam panel makes the surface of the mattress soft and enveloping. The yarn used to create Rigyclò mattresses comes from a technologically advanced process of plastic bottles post-use recycling. We choose qualified partners involved in the safeguard of the Earth like us and we are proud to be part of a network operating in an eco-sustainable way. The recycled polyester selected by Rigyclò for its yarns is one of the most certified and traceable fibers available in the world and respects the highest standards of quality, resistance and reliability during the production. The final result is a comfortable and resistant mattress, with a clearer conscience. The reduction of CO2 emissions. Recycling is not enough: we want to reduce our emissions! THE INSIDE We choose only recycled polyurethane (through an innovative and circular process) for the inside of Rigyclò mattresses. The production of virgin polyurethane involves the use of large amounts of electricity and the emissions of CO2 in the atmosphere. Recycling polyurethane instead of producing it, we reduce these damaging factors and also the waste that occupy our natural and urban spaces. We have created our industry as a circular economy. The mattresses that have reached the end of their life cycle are transformed into new resources that can be used for future productions. Production scraps are also recycled and reused, so that the wastefulness can be really minimized. THE COVER The practicality of the removable cover, the safety of the double hem. The cover is completely removable and the innovative double hem system is an additional guarantee of hygiene and durability of the materials through time.
