The Hubert pendant with its simplistic form and composition is elevated through its material choice and the highlight of their characteristics. Two concentric circles of light are centered by a translucent slab of onyx that can be positioned by the user, revealing the natural beauty and structure of the stone. The lighting, though indirect and diffused, radiates towards the center of the pendant and forms a play between mass and void, in turn creating an allure through the space that it is placed. It is a functional and a sculptural element in its own right.
