Bologna

The gangkofner-Edition combines hand blown glass styles from the 1950’s and 60’s, created by the designer Aloys F. Gangkofner, with modern technology from today. The bologna floor lamp, in combination with the LED dim2warm lamp fixture (E27), creates a stepless, flicker-free transition when dimming into warm tones. Therefore, the luminaire is able to reach an enormous bandwidth of lighting experiences, from subtle atmospheric low-light up to room-filling illumination – a whole new comfort experience in the area of interior lighting with LED light sources. A delicate rib-structure on the glass surface gives this very voluminous, ellipsoidal form, a charming, lantern-like character. A removable cap of powder-coated aluminum, with an integrated, acrylic-glass ring, protects the interior of the light.
