Brothers

Brothers is a lamp in metal and HPL that consists of two slightly overlapping structures. It originated as a symbol of a different condition. In the universal imagination, between myth and history, a contrast emerges between the two opposites, just like two brothers. In a confrontation of ideas and sensitivities, they are distinguished by choices, positions and destiny. The regular profile and uniform surface of the rear monolith contrasts with the geometric details of the element in the foreground: irregular, inclined and finely crafted with different cuts. Privilege, uniqueness and value are hidden in this fatal condition. Brothers is an icon: beauty lies in the enhancement of imperfection. The LED inserted between the two panels generates a uniform and comfortable light. The purpose of the spotlight on the base is to highlight the geometries and colours which characterise the front element, made up of tiles, which are applied manually, with skillful craftsmanship. The lighting can be adjusted via a touch controller. Rinascimento interprets in a visionary and harmonious way a new idea of design linked to the current concepts of ecological transition, urban mining and housing evolution. Creations originating from cuts of high-quality materials that have not exhausted their imaginative strength and return to “a new life” crossing, as decorative elements, every new design object. With green sensitivity, the tiles of precious excess material are transformed into tiles, perfect artistic signs and constitute the essence of this particular collection. Rinascimento is a devoted homage to the environment, to the value of life, to the uniqueness of the world in which we live. The Rinascimento collection recounts the story whereby the protagonists are freedom, respect, tolerance and nature, an example of style and elegance, which contrasts with an era of exhibitionism and excess, where even art is often provocation.
