The lounge and dining Kilt collection designed by Marcello Ziliani for Ethimo sees the addition of a new element: a love seat. The chair with its welcoming silhouette in a close-knit, elegant weave of stretched rope inspired by the traditional Scottish garment, has been reworked again to create an elegant sofa ‘for two’ that is ideal for adding cosiness and upgrading any outdoor space for chilling and sharing. With its compact proportions (140 x 70 cm, height 63 cm) and the same comfort of bigger sofas, little Kilt sofa has been devised either to add to other matching elements in the lounge line -allowing the creation of a total-look living area- or to stand alone as a separate piece, furnishing smaller, more intimate outdoor settings. Like the other seating solutions, small Kilt sofa maintains all its inherent characteristics of solidity, wellbeing and perfect ergonomics and is available with a structure in natural or pickled teak (FSC certified) and polypropylene rope in the refined colours of Sand and Dark Grey. The pieces in the Kilt lounge line embrace the body perfectly for seating solutions that are so comfortable they need no cushions. Kilt love seat is the new inspiration from Ethimo for personalising and adding a welcome feel to any open-air location, from city patios to seafront terraces, conservatories and chilling or reception areas in refined resorts.
