Another visionary and futurist floor lamp by Brotto. Whenever Brotto visited Esperia to oversee the progress in developing new models, he stayed in the Piazza del Duomo in the nearby town of San Gimignano. “6038” was conceived there, inspired by the towers of the “Medieval Manhattan”. Those same towers also inspired Architect Minoru Yamasaki for the construction of the World Trade Center in NY. Today, on Esperia’s 70+1 anniversary, “6038” takes on a new life with a different edition that complements the original. The matt black and red give way to a chrome finish, while the Plexiglass is replaced by an etched glass sheet. It is still the same, with a completely new look.
