Matheria is a cotto floor/wall covering suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The product is handmade, ground and frost-proof.Available in the following variants: Cerulean, Ivory, London Clay, Lucite Green, Manor Grey, Charcoal.C+ is the natural technical and design evolution of Cottovietri’s experience. A new path pulls up alongside the increasingly tailor-made traditional production, with an innovative product that combines technology with hand-made production and overcomes the technical limitations of the traditional double-firing, keeping a completely manual manufacturing. C+ stands for the whole artisanship of the artifact that is stripped of the anonymous guise which often characterizes technical products from industrial processing. Cottovietri only produces handcrafts, where hands subtract them to the standardization of the machine, where irregularities are the sign and the guarantee of a unique product. The mixture of selected clays - which is then pressed in wooden frames of various shapes and sizes - is also hand-made. Finally, the smoothing of the surface, the manual grinding of the edges, the drying and the subsequent high-temperature firing are the steps of an artisan practice that remains engraved forever.
