Heat4feet

HEAT4FEET is a floor heating system consisting of interconnectable heating platforms. Based on AmaTherm technology, Heat4Feet is made up of a series of platforms in aluminized aluminium laminated with different materials. Heat4Feet allows to produce the desired performance in terms of both heating and walking comfort. Heat4Feet can be used both indoors and outdoors. The Heat4Feet system consists of one or more heating platforms to be placed on the floor. A connection cable, supplied in the kit and pre-wired, is used to connect the heating pad to the power socket. In addition, two mechanical anchoring systems are provided in the kit to connect two or more heating pads together. In this way it is possible to create the desired geometric heating shape. There is also a power cable to electrically connect two or more mats. The Heat4Feet mats can be turned into “Puzzle pieces” to solve any need: • a back-of-the-counter gangway • a C-shaped walking area around a machine tool • a ring-shaped work island and many more. Heat4Feet has a power of about 300W at start-up, which reduces to about 220W when used at maximum power. It is possible to reduce the power, and therefore the surface temperature of the platform, with a separate potentiometer. The temperature difference produced by the platform is approximately +40°C in relation to the ambient temperature. Considering the power of a footplate we can estimate the operating cost at 0.06 €/ hour per footplate. The cost estimation is made on average electricity Italian cost.
