At the design stage, we will do:

Analysis of the company's business processes

We deeply study customer's business processes by interviewing employees and observing. We check the organizational structure, staffing table, cultural code, management style, company goals, staff growth plans and the office space itself.

Zoning of space

Based on the knowledge gained, we determine the functional zones and their location inside the office to make employees working hours as comfortable and efficient as possible. According to the results of this stage, you get a 2D visualization of the zones with the number of workplaces, furniture layout, walls, and partition placement.

3D project

3D visualization helps to imagine the future office interior in more detail. At this stage, wall decoration, furniture collections are determined, lighting, partitions and engineering systems are designed. The color palette, textiles, and interior decor are also approved.

Renovation and furnishing

We carry out construction and finishing works, supply and install furniture and interior items. We are fully responsible for the whole process, and you can concentrate on your business.
