Information
Nena is a stool with a great visual impact provided by the contrast between the lightweight frame and the generous contours of the upholstered elements. Available in two differ-ent heights, it is an ideal solution for kitchen islands and for furnishing public ho.re.ca. spaces. It is the expression of a recognisable aesthetic, of a sartorial language and of a focus on comfort, summarised in an elegant, welcoming and comfortable seat, de-signed to ensure a long stay whilst enjoying a relaxing breakfast or dinner.
Description and materials
The frame is made of tapered tubular steel (in graphite and matt black), giving the stool a light and slender finish
the linear frame is inclined in three different directions. The polyurethane seat is soft
the semi-circular backrest, projecting from the seat, has a sculpted shape in self-extinguishing polyurethane foam. The backrest envelops the person, also acting as an armrest, and is shaped to allow rotational movements of the body. The upholstered parts of the stool can be covered in either fabric or leather
the backrest has a removable cover thanks to a zip concealed by a ruffle that embellishes the profile of the structure at the back. The footrest is covered in satin-finish stainless steel.
“We started from the comfort of an embrace to design seats with a strong character, dynamic, in motion.” (Lanzavecchia + Wai)
