For Salinas dining collection, the concept of the monolithic served as the inspiration for Ludovica+Roberto Palomba. The table, available with either a concrete or an Accoya frame, consists of a top resting on a substantial, monolithic base characterized by three faceted columns. The same concept is also repeated in the coffee table. The idea started from the desire to design a collection of single-leg tables suitable for outdoor life, an object with a marked monolithic appearance. The result is a piece featuring minimal shapes that, when combined into a single base, create a strong distinctive detail.
The Salinas collection is inspired by the natural region of Ibiza. A project in which we wanted to bring the refinement typical of the indoor world outdoors, increasingly shortening the distance between the two environments and bringing them into continuity. The collection consists of sofas and armchairs in which the textile component is predominant. The padded belt and the precious metal details, visible in the ends of the backrests, give the collection charm and timeless elegance.
