Chandelier in natural brass hand-engraved in "Silk effect" The lampshades are in metal.
This chandelier has a very valuable working technique on the surface of brass, used primordially in goldsmithing by jewelers and silversmiths.
The peculiarity of this processing is called setatura that is performed by skilled and experienced hands. On the surface of brass are made many micro incisions close together that form in turn this surface that seems to be an ancient golden silk.
The lampshades are made by hand one by one, welding a perforated metal foil in a circular way. Once done they are then painted in pewter.
The chandelier for its shape inspired by Gothic spires is suitable for contemporary environments as well as for living areas, adorned corridors and entrances, in the photo has a height of 190cm but on request can be modify in height.
