Timme is a garden bench in wood and fabric with backrest.After the monumental and robust outdoor furniture pieces, Piet Boon adds a lighter, more refined outdoor dining series to the collection. Inspired by elegant simplicity, the studio deliberately chose to expose all elements and refined joints. This makes TIMME a straight forward addition to the Piet Boon outdoor collection. This collection uses a less bulky design for greater flexibility, and consists of a teak dining table in various sizes, a dining chair (with and without armrests) and benches for a more playful dining setting. Due to its lighter appearance, the collection fits well in smaller outdoor spaces like terraces and patios.In contrast to the NIEK collection where the legs are wider at the bottom, this new collection takes on a design where the legs are tapered towards the inside of the chairs. Even though the chairs all have luxurious cushions upholstered with the high performance fabrics of the Piet Boon collection, the chairs are designed to look elegant without cushions too. When required, the dining setting can be extended by combining several tables; the convieniently placed legs allow users to place tables next to each other without any gaps.
