In Herrigbone, the collection designed by Garcia Cumini for Piaval, the elegant shell characterized by clean lines and an enveloping shape, can be combined with 10 different bases, offering numerous seating options that fit easily and casually many contract spaces, from the office to the waiting area or the wine bar.
The proposal ranges from the solid wooden legs, in beech, ash, walnut essences, to those in chromed or black painted metal to which can be combined the stackable version, the trestle swivel chair and the sled base. The barstool too, available in two different heights, can have wooden or metal base.
The multi-layer shell of Herringbone is composed of two distinct parts, perfectly mirroring each other. The surface of the seat becomes a decorative element that catches the eye thanks to a graphic sign recurring in the world of decorative arts: The Herringbone. A geometry that makes the symmetry of the shell evident and that is elegantly repeated in some small details: it is emphasized by the fold and the thin cut in the back of the backrest or recalled in the end profile of the cushion, in the version with upholstered seat.
The possibility of making this collection even more comfortable thanks to the cushion and armrests, represents a further confirmation of the commitment of the company in developing projects based on well-being and ergonomics.
