The EGG CHAIR OF CONCRETE, designed by Solmaz Fooladi, is inspired by the iconic EGG Chair by Arne Jacobsen. It is a splendid reinterpretation of the classical designs of the modernist era with an evident urban touch. Made of concrete, with reinforcement and metal plates, the composition of this chair highlights the unique qualities of industrial materials and reuses raw materials to create a beautiful and contemporary chair. Despite the use of unconventional materials, the concrete chair has an incredibly ergonomic and comfortable seat. Panoptikum Collection used a mix of lightweight concrete to reduce weight and mounted the chair on wheels to improve its mobility. The neutral color of the chair also makes this option versatile for a wide range of interior styles and designs, also could be well integrated into any outdoor furniture.
