Information
The A-1840 chair is a unique product. The Paged Furniture Factory, which produces it, was established in 1881 and became part of the furniture empire of the then global industry giant, Thonet-Mundus company. Derived from the legendary chair no. 18 by Thonet, A-1840 is still produced using beech wood bending technology developed in the 19th century based on the influence of steam and pressure. At present, this method of processing, which requires precise handwork, is already very rare, used in only a few European factories. This makes each copy of this chair unique in its own way.
A-1840 is a very comfortable and universal furniture. Its form has already gone down in the history of global design, but to this day it allows you to create attractive interior design for restaurants, cafes and private homes as well.
