Supercapri is the professional display case by ISA that stands out for its simplicity and extreme practicality. Available in two different heights, for two different interactions between the customer and the product, and in three different lengths, all of them able to be channelled together in linear or corner configurations. ISA is the first and only company in the world to offer three different types of ventilation on an entire range of professional showcases aimed at meeting and satisfying the display needs of each maker of ice cream. The Dual Temperature function (optional) allows one cabinet to offer seasonal flexibility without increasing floor space. In fact, the Gelato display case can easily pass from negative to positive temperature, becoming a Pastry showcase with the addition of stainless-steel trays. The system, in fact, allows to achieve ideal temperature and humidity conditions for the long exposure of fresh pastry, by just use a simple button. On request, it is also possible to apply a glass shelf and LED lighting (5700 K).
