RECYCLE® is an interlocking and drainage outdoor paving characterized by essential lines that guarantee a contemporary result with a modern look. RECYCLE® is the ideal solution for filter outdoor paving as it has excellent wear resistance and an incredibly low degree of water accumulation. Clean lines for compositions with a harmonious and balanced tactile and visual charm make RECYCLE® a slab suitable for all types of outdoor, residential, and public spaces. Its innovative formulation consists of a resistant mixture of concrete with recycled porphyry aggregates, characterized by a percentage of voids varying between 15% and 20%, with a filter capacity of 50 l per second/m2. RECYCLE® features the typical colours of natural stone paving, is sustainable, durable, and suitable for both light and heavy loads. Thanks to its porous structure, it allows complete drainage of the water, which on contact with the surface is completely absorbed, preventing surface run-off, and thus delegating hydraulic management to the underlying draining layers and the soil. Thanks to their excellent permeability and good storage capacity, RECYCLE® filter blocks and slabs can be laid perfectly horizontal as they do not require any slope to convey rainwater to the tanks. RECYCLE® is not only an outstanding interlocking and drainage outdoor paving, but also a "cool pavement". Thanks to the voids inside the block, the surface of the shaded areas increases, facilitating heat exchange and mitigating the heat island effect. RECYCLE® drainage blocks are available in three different sizes: 1000x200x85 mm for cycle and pedestrian surfaces, 1000x200x150 mm for light load surfaces, and 375x250x110 mm for heavy load surfaces.
