Tile for outdoor decking. Plastic tiles with thermotreated wood (pine or ash) or WPC shield finishing. The main structure and deck boards are joined together by 36 fixing points. The thermotreatment process is carried out by exposing the wood to high temperatures up to 220°c, in a stainless steel oven, without the use of chemicals, just inducing heat, steam and water. This process reduces significantly the possibility of shrinkage, swelling or cracking. The durability characteristics are also improved, reaching similar values to the ones of the best tropical woods. DAK-SHIELD offers multicolor and realistic finishing that gives the product a natural wood appeal. It is an eco product: 95% of its composition are made by recycable materials as: regenerated hard wood fiber (with no impact on deforestation), plastic bottles and recycled PE-HD (high density polyethylene).DAK-SHIELD is coated with a plastic co-extruded film that protects it from colour changing, from natural (oil, coffee, wine, etc.) and chemical stains (acids), accompanied by a scratch protection on the surface.Material:Made in thermotreated wood (pine or ash) or WPC Shield on a High Performance PE-HD Compound structure support.Use:Perfect for outdoor use, terraces, flooring.
