Dorian is a sofa with a light, simple and essential structure, composed of seat cushions and back cushions only. The seat structure, upholstered in fabric, is in plywood padded with elastic straps and polyurethane in different densities. The armrests, differently from the soft and round shapes of the backrest and seat, are dry and essential: they, made of a curved wooden structure covered with cuoietto, fence the cushions laterally and form a wing that can be used as a support surface. The surfaces are deliberately divided into parts to optimize the use of cuoietto and reduce waste. The combination of small cuts, finished with seams, underlines the intention of the project. Dorian is available in different sizes (2, 3 or 4 seats and their compositions, with or without corner, coffee table or pouf) and colors of cowhide, cuoietto and fabrics.
