Information
Like a fall of meteorites, this new collection uses 2 new materials, mouth-blown glass and polyamide, which complete the range of referenced materials of Beau & Bien, Limoges porcelain, molten glass and polyester.
By thus, playing on the transparency of the glass and the opacity of the polyamide powder, Sylvie Maréchal, designer of this new collection, creates a strong contrast between melted ice appearance (mouth blown glass) and frosted ice (polyurethane).
She assembles the pieces together to form a "giant ball that disintegrates" and to add an element to the surprise, she prints an image on the platform giving the impression that the meteorites have pierced the ceiling!
This new chandelier announces a true revolution: the platform itself visually expresses the staging of the chandelier and completes like this the meaning given to the entire set.
Certainly, like all the other chandeliers, everything is customizable: length and color of cables, size and staging of meteorites (balls or other shapes) and finally, the image itself of the platform can be defined at clients’ discretion...
