Stages of creating a modern office

Creating an office, starting from the moment of realizing the need and until its successful implementation, is an exciting and difficult journey. But when you know what lies ahead, it is easier to solve even the most ambitious task, especially since we will accompany you at every stage. In the article we talk about the five main stages of the development of modern efficient offices. 


Stage 1. Analysis of the company's business processes

The first step is maximum immersion in the client's business processes. It is most important in terms of the quality of the final result. After all, how much we can get to know your company depends on how relevant a solution we can offer. Every detail is important: from the location of the office space to the staffing table of employees.

Speaking in detail, at this stage we:

  • We define the goals, deadlines and budget of the project.
  • We define the conditions for the implementation of the project, potentials and risks.

  • We study the organizational structure and staffing of employees.
  • We study the corporate culture of the company.

How does this happen? We appoint a project manager and a design analyst for the project, and we will also ask you to allocate a specialist to help organize meetings with your employees and provide the necessary information. Stage 3. Office project

After the concept of the office has been agreed upon, we proceed to the most time-consuming part - the development of the project and the compilation of all related documentation. At the end of the stage, we conduct a demonstration and give you all the project documentation, so complete that any contractor will be able to implement it.

In particular, the stage includes:

  • Creating a project for lighting, ceilings, walls, floors, etc.
  • Selection of furniture and other interior items, determination of their sizes, materials, colors.
  • 2D and 3D visualization of office areas.
